Dear all, At the latest Council conference call, I mentioned the previous IDN Committee (sometimes called the “Katoh-san” Committee after its chair). More about that committee is found at http://www.icann.org/committees/idn/ - Its final report and ancillary documents are useful background reading in preparation for the Amsterdam meeting at the end of this month, where we also plan to present an overview of the committee’s findings.
