Colleagues

Just a quick update -- I have included in the pack of documents which  
will be distributed in Sao Paulo (just call me sherpa!) a collection  
of comments from a variety of sources which the Committee will need  
to take into account when considering the draft recommendations.
This is not a huge document like the one we used in Amsterdam but it  
will save everyone trawling through their email to find relevant  
commentary.
