Colleagues

Further to the GNSO Council meeting this morning, please find a high  
level work plan and timeline which I've developed from the work that  
has taken place throughout this week.
Please note that the timeline has been developed taking into account  
the work on other PDPs; makes allowance for internal checking and  
approval processes and the PDP requirements about giving suitable  
notice on documents.
I will include all the key dates on the GNSO calendar.  Internally,  
the work plan will be inserted into a project management model that  
will include the implementation team.
Please send any feedback to me as soon as you can on anything you  
would like included or amended.
