[gtld-council] GNSO PDP Dec 05: Los Angeles meeting information & documents
ColleaguesPlease find attached a draft agenda for the meetings in Los Angeles for the new top level domains meeting. The agenda will be confirmed, as is normal practice, at the beginning of the meeting. I have set up a shinkuro room for the duration of the meeting. Please accept my invitation to participate in this room if you wish to do so. The documents will also be posted on the GNSO website for Committee members to download and print at their leisure. The large documents are not attached here as we have had problems with posting large files through the email server. I will be filling the shinkuro file room with all the relevant documents including the draft agenda, updated draft Final Report, the draft GAC public policy principles and other documents which may help the Committee. Dial in numbers will be sent by the GNSO Secretariat to remote participants. I look forward to seeing all the Committee members and observers at the meetings.
