Hi,

I think this is an improvement on the wording I hacked together  
during the meeting.
Please speak up either supporting the replacement or rejecting the  
replacement.
replace:

Once formal objections or disputes are accepted for discussion
there will be a cooling off period to allow parties to resolve the issue
before the dispute or objection before discussion is initiated.

with:

Once formal objections or disputes are accepted for review there will  
be a cooling off period to allow parties to resolve the dispute or  
objection before review by the panel is initiated.
----

I will send out another copy of the table tomorrow afternoon EDT,  
that includes all corrections or changes that have been agreed to.
So far, I have received this one, and one from Robin, indicating that  
I had forgotten to list NCUC as having concerns in IG-F, IG-H and IG- 
P in the table table.
