Will there be DNAME? The forwarding of .com/.net (gTLDs) to IDN aliases? Such 
as .&#1606;&#1578; (net in Arabic) will forward to .net

So &#1575;&#1604;&#1593;&#1575;&#1576;.net will also be 
&#1575;&#1604;&#1593;&#1575;&#1576;.&#1606;&#1578;???
