Dave, apologies for the late reply.

 

The procedure is for managing the IDN TLDs that we propose inserting for
evaluation purpose only. These IDN TLDs will not be used for production
purposes and hence it is important that they are not viewed as having value.


 

The procedure is further going to be reviewed as it is used for the
evaluation plans, with a focus on what changes might be needed for when we
move into  a production purpose environment.
