Review of proposals for completness

In the attach Individual Process and Proposal Assessemnt Sheet, Patrik
Faltstrom states, under B.2, with respect to the the numbers proposal:

"There have been no comments which indicate that further clarification or
explanation of the proposal is required."

This is not correct, since I have stated that the numbers proposal is
incomplete and requires clarification with respect to certain details
(dispute resolution clause and jurisdiction clause).
