To whom it may concern,
ICM won the Independent Review Process.
ICANN should be accountable and respect its own challenge procedures and
implemented the Panel decision in full and without delay.
Most of the suggested process options suggested are just wasting time.
ICANN should stand up and be counted and enter into a contract with ICM
immediately
