Dear Icann team,

As long as you have pre-approved the .cat domain, I hope in a short 
period of time every single combination is to be approved, such as .ga 
for Galicia (Spain), .bsas for Buenos Aires (Argentina), .al for 
Alentejo (Portugal), of course all of them with their 
culturals 'singularities' like the catalans (Spain). Absolute nonsense 
and it shows a lack of regulatory capabilities of your Institution. I 
think your neutral reference must be United Nations. Thank you.
