registration query

Hi

I understand that registration of new domains containing the EUR symbol was 
barred in June this year. Can you tell me if existing registered domains 
containing the EUR symbol will be allowed to be reregistered/renewed at the end 
of their existing registration period? ie domains that were already registered 
prior to June this year.
