information for registering a ".int" domain extension

Dear,
 
I'am looking for information who can help us and how we can get
information to register an ".int" domain name.
Our company calls "International Post Corporation", and is a cooperative
association of 23 national Postal operators from North America, Europe
and the Pacific.
Can you please tell us more which companies are allowed to get an ".int"
domain extension and what the requirements are to be able to get that
subscription.
