Sharam,
I agree with all you say about the intense importance of IDN TLDs.
But you have not answered the challenge questions I asked.
If you are asking for a multi-stakeholder forum to discuss IDN issues would not
a new ICANN
IDN Advisory Group or a permanent GNSO IDN Working Group be better solutions?
