Gentlemen :
As a newcomer to the internet I am certain that if you allow these changes to
go ahead I will have to
cease looking to the internet to allow me and untold numbers of others the
chance to earn badly needed additional income. There are thousands of
individuals in the same situation as I am who, for various reasons, are trying
desperately to establish a profitable legal ecommerce enterprise.
If these changes are to be implemented you will
effectively destroy any hope of these individuals
of successfully realizing their ambitions. This is against all the principles
that the United States of America have embodied in the Constitution.
You (The U.S.A.) have gone to war twice in the last century to defend democracy
and freedom of choice. Untold thousands of young men have sacrificed their
lives to defend these principles.
Don't let their sacrifice be in vain by allowing these changes to be approved.
Listen to the voice of the people who will be affected by this proposed
change. You, as the governing body have a responsibility to use your mandate for
the good of the population. I hope and pray that you will not allow these
changes to become law.
Thank you for the opportunity of voicing my opinion.
Arthur R. McCormick
