We do not support the IRT Final Report

The entire basis on which the IRT team was set up is flawed.

The proposals that are set forth in the report are biased entirely
towards trademark holders.
We know from the .eu landrush how easy it was to set up suspeect
trademarks and abuse the landrush system.
There is also no real protection for "fair use" of terms and phrases
that may happen to be trademarked, or terms and phrases that are being
used in classes outside the trademarked classes.

This is a serious erosion of rights to the clear benefit of trademark
holders who seek to further increase the power of their marks.

There is no such thing currently as a "Globally Protected Marks List"
and ICANN should not be involved in the de-facto creation of such a list.
