Objection to proposed Uniform Rapid Suspension System

Dear Icann Representatives,

 

I'm writing today regarding the proposed adoption of a "Uniform Rapid
Suspension System".   I believe this system, as proposed, would adversely
impact the legitimate rights and privileges of both trademark and domain
owners, and have a chilling effect on the internet as a whole.  I strongly
urge you to reject establishment of the "Uniform Rapid Suspension System" in
the interests of fairness and justice for all parties concerned. Thank you.
