David Schwartz | Managing Partner | Sugar Hill Capital Partners, LLC

Mr. Schwartz is responsible for finance at Sugar Hill Capital Partners
including debt financing, insurance procurement and budget supervision in
addition to assisting in operational task management. Mr. Schwartz oversees
Sugar Hill’s lender relationships and strategic initiatives with financial
institutions. He has been investing in New York City rent-regulated apartment
buildings for approximately eight years. Before joining Sugar Hill, Mr.
Schwartz was an Executive Director in the structured products department at
Royal Bank of Scotland/ABN AMRO Bank, where his work included in-depth
experience with real estate securitizations.  Prior to this role, Mr. Schwartz
was a Managing Director at Dresdner Bank in New York where he was responsible
for the structured products marketing and origination team.

W. Aaron Feldman | Principal | Benchmark Real Estate Group, LLC

Mr. Feldman has been actively investing in and managing residential real estate
in New York City since 2004. He is the co-founder and managing member of
Benchmark Real Estate Group, LLC, an owner and manager of multi-family
properties in New York City. Mr. Feldman, along with his partner Mr. Jordan
Vogel, oversees acquisitions, property and project management, construction,
and leasing. Prior to forming Benchmark, Mr. Feldman worked under Stephen
Siegel (Global Chairman of CBRE) at SG2 Properties, LLC, heading their
Manhattan Asset Management Group. While at SG2, Mr. Feldman oversaw the daily
operations for over 500 apartments with a value of $250 million. He was
responsible for all aspects of redevelopment, construction, revenue and expense
management, marketing and leasing of SG2’s Manhattan portfolio. Mr. Feldman
graduated from Tulane University with BA in Finance and Management.

Kevin Davis | Partner | AREA
Mr. Davis has been associated with AREA since 2004 and is responsible for new
investments and investment management. Mr. Davis was in the Acquisitions Group
of Vornado Realty Trust from 1999 to 2004, and prior to that he worked at
Secured Capital. Mr. Davis graduated with a BS in Economics from the University
of Pennsylvania's Wharton School.

Robert A. Knakal | Chairman | Massey Knakal Realty Services

Mr. Knakal graduated from the Wharton School of Business at the University of
Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics in 1984. He majored
in real estate finance and entrepreneurial management and was a member of the
Wharton School's Real Estate Club. After a long career Mr. Knakal was named a
Commercial Broker All-Star by Real Estate New York magazine for the second
consecutive year; one of the Top 10 Building Sales Brokers in New York City by
Co-Star a third consecutive year; and a Top Dealmaker by Real Estate Weekly in
its 50th anniversary issue. Also in 2006, he was named Investment Sales Broker
Of The Year by the Mann Foundation. Mr. Knakal was a featured speaker at
Columbia University's Real Estate Roundtable Series titled Legends of the
Street. He is a frequent guest lecturer at Columbia, New York University, The
Appraisal Institute, The Metropolitan Mortgage Bankers Association and The
Institute for Real Estate Management.

Joel Breitkopf | Partner | Alchemy Properties Inc

Joel Breitkopf, partner in Alchemy, is the principal mover in arranging
financing from institutional partners, limited partners and banks. Mr.
Breitkopf is involved in all aspects of the Alchemy developments and
investments from acquisition to completion with an emphasis on risk management.
Mr. Breitkopf has financed over $1 Billion worth of real estate transactions
and has acquired approximately 2,000,000 square feet of real estate during his
career. Mr. Breitkopf is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania.
