Thank you Bart. I have attached the original document with some amendments, and I have added some text on single character IDNs that might be useful. One thing I noticed within the document is that the author(s) has used the term "Domain Name" and "Top-Level Domain (TLD)" interchangeably, while they are two different things. I have located as many as I could and amended (track changes enabled).
