[jig] JIG input and feed-back text informational flyer

Dear all,
ICANN staff working on the Universal Acceptance of All Top-Level Domains 
project is seeking input from JIG on the text for the informational flyer as 
provided with this email. We envision that information in the flyer will be 
helpful to all Internet users interested in learning about the diversity of the 
top-level domains, constraints imposed by some software on the Internet, as 
well as technical recommendations for possible solutions to some of the 
acceptability issues - information that, we hope, potential new TLDs' operators 
may find especially useful. As we would like to share this information with the 
attendees at the upcoming ICANN meeting in Toronto, we are asking JIG to 
provide their input on the content of the flyer by 15 September 2012. If you
