webcast problem

Dear Sir,

Please indicate what is the recommended version of RealPlayer to view
the ICANN webcast.
FYI, I am using RealPlayer v10 and currently not able to view with the
following error

rtsp://192.0.34.148:554/broadcast/marrakech.rm?cloakport=80%2c554%2c7070
