I'd like to comment on the following points of the draft NCSG charter:
Under chapter 2.2.7 "Participation Rights" NCSG members shall be
entitled to join up to 3 constituencies (why 3?). Supposed this rule is
in line with the bylaws it is not clear whether it refers to individual
or organizational members or both. As a consequence one member may
represent 3 constituencies (incl. Voting rights) on the Exec bodies. I
think this concept is to be reviewed carefully.
Page 9, last para.: small typo "Non-Contracted-SG" instead of
"Non-Commercial-SG"
Page 10 last para binds the NCSG to a constituency review every 2 years.
Congratulation if you can afford this challenge taking into
consideration all the ICANN reviews in parallel which may influence this
process.
Kind regards
