Copyright complaints are not sufficient grounds to suspend or seize a domain
name. An actual system of complaint, dispute, and resolution needs to be
put in place where the accused have an opportunity to defend themselves and
aren't immediately assumed guilty at time of complaint. If it's made so
easy to take a domain down or seize it, then this is not copyright
protection, it is just an opening to allow people to harass others through
false complaints and underhanded measures. Innocent until proven guilty!
Do not apply new and untested rights protections that are at first glance
deeply flawed. If rights holders want to protect their rights they already
have existing systems of justice they can use to protect them with.
