To whom it may concern,

Using an entity, other then the government, as an enforcer of law usurps the 
power of our judicial system and democracy. All complaints need to follow due 
process as with any other claim regarding property and procession.

DO NOT FORCE THIRD PARTIES TO ENFORCE DUBIOUS LAWS.
