Copyright infringment claim -> summary revocation

To whom it may concern:

I am extremely troubled by the idea that a mere claim or assertion of
copyright violation could result in the revocation of a domain.  This would
easily be used to silence expression that is inconvenient to corporations,
governments, or wealthy and well-connected individuals, while putting
individual voices at an extreme disadvantage.
