Dear Abdulai,

Yes, it was a shame that your organization, admitted into NPOC membership,
was not admitted into NCSG membership in time for Dakar meeting in your part
of the African continent (West Africa). I'm truly sorry NPOC was not able to
get you the modest funding for you to travel from Freetown to Dakar on that
occasion.

Good luck with your continued campaign against TB in Sierra Leone
