NPOC held two events at ICANN 43 in San Jose, Costa Rica.   Find below details 
of both events including a link to the transcription during the morning session 
on Stakeholder/Constituency Day:


1)      Not-for-Profit Operational Concerns Constituency (NPOC). The Newest 
ICANN Constituency.  Vision, Mission and Priorities

Overview: The global NGO community is under-represented at ICANN and wishes to 
increase its contribution to ICANN policy development.
