Please join me in sending kudos to Poncelet Ileleji from YMCA The Gambia on
making it to Dubai as part of The Gambia's delegation. As most of you know,
Poncelet is co-Chair of NPOC's Program Committee and responsible for
NPOC'sd outreach in (so called) Anglophone Africa.

This is truly great for NPOC and NCSG (APC, the institution funding
Poncelet's travel to Dubai, is a member of our Stakeholders' Group)!

I invite all NPOCers to feed their agenda suggestions for the WCIT 2012
