Dear Poncelet,

Thanks for your expression of interest. Travel allocation criteria are
based on level of involvement and effort as judged by the NPOC-Executive
Committee. There will also be 2 other calls for expression of interest in
calendar 2013 for travel support to Durban in July and Buenos Aires in
November. Although travel support is limited to 3 spots per Constituency
and because it is allocated on the basis of level of involvement and
effort, there will be plenty of opportunity for all seriously involved to
receive support in due course.

This also reminds me that all should note there will be an election in 2013
for NPOC Executive Committee positions. Our Acting Vice-Chair, Cintra
Sooknanan and Our Secretary, Amber Sterling, are currently coordinating to
soon announce the 2013 election details.
