As requested please find below a summary of agenda item:

3 Business arising from February call - Cintra Sooknanan
a- Request staff to send out a doodle to NPOC Voice so that the best
monthly time and date can be arranged to ensure maximum membership
participation in NPOC Calls.

b- Regarding Dissemination and Fund Raising (item 9 of today's agenda) as
well as Africa Outreach Focus, it was requested that Poncelet give an
update/progress report.

c- Staff to set up audio in Adobe Connect room

d- Status and circulation of NPOC Annual Report
