Dear Friends

I think it is imperative that the election process is finished in time for 
Durban.

I think we can trust Glens list because it is the list from Alain, all what 
needs to be added are the new members.

As a security measure we should after the call for the election has gone out, 
we ask in npoc voice if there is any organization that has not received the 
election notice.

This way we can stay in the time line

Any further delays are dangerous as they undermine our credibility

Hi Rudi,  

Thanks for putting together this timeline. Once we get approval for the 
membership I am ok with the intervals stated. 

The issue is reconciling the membership lists by your start date of 6 June, I 
don't think it is feasible. Rather I think it may take us a week to go through 
the list provided by Glen, review the new members since that list was provided 
(in April) and verify the email addresses. With this in mind, perhaps a better 
start date would be 12 June?

  As mentioned I'm willing to help in getting us through the whole process 
asap, with respect of procedures and charter rulings.
  Meanwhile I'll work on the charter and highlight some principal elements and 
prioritize some of the topics we need to go through. 
  Reworking the charter would be a mandate of the next Excom. More details on 
this will follow.
