[npoc] 5 days left for NPOC/GKPF to IGF Open Fora at Baku (IGF 2012)

Dear Klaus,

Given that ICANN has a pot of money for Outreach during the Baku meeting,
it would be smart to apply for doing an NPOC/GKPF session and/or booth. We
will have our own funds to co-fund if we chose to do that as a priority of
NPOC's programming for FY2013.

Klaus, can you design/ apply for such a session? If so, you will have to
register and move on from there (2 forms to be completed)... Only 5 days
left...
