Dear EC members:
Let's please deal with these pending applications. We should have all had
time to look at them in the Google Docs folder. I'll include my comments
below for each one.

Dear NCSG-EC:
We currently have 4 new applications pending for membership in NCSG
submitted via our new online form. Please review the applications and
conduct your due diligence so we may make a determination of eligibility
for membership.
Each of you has access to the application data in the Google Docs folder
for NCSG-EC. If you have difficulty accessing the data, please let me know.
The applications are from:
1. Global Knowledge Partnership Foundation
The 2 individuals listed to represent this organization already represent 2
other organizations in NCSG. Caroline Figures already represents
International Institute for Communications and Development in NCSG and
Klaus Stoll already represents Fundacion Chasquinet in NCSG. Since the
rules do not permit 2 people to represent 3 organizations, I'd suggest to
Klaus and Caroline that they submit another individual in the organization
to represent GKPF in NCSG, or perhaps they'd like to amend the
representation for the 2 organizations that they already represent, so
there will be a 3rd person to represent this 3rd organization in NCSG.
I agree that GKPF should be represented by individuals other than Caroline
and Klaus.
2. Asociación Centro de Estudios, Capacitación y Análisis en Derechos
Humanos
This application looks fine to me, so I vote to approve this organization
for admission in NCSG.
I also vote to approve
3. Madhav Gopal Sharma
This application looks fine to me, so I vote to approve this individual for
admission in NCSG.
I also vote to approve
4. mano j khinchi
This application looks fine to me, so I vote to approve this individual for
admission in NCSG.
I also vote to approve
How do the other members of the EC vote on these pending applications?
See above, best., Alain
Thank you,
Robin
Please use this list for discussion and approval of these applications.
Thank you,
Robin
