Dear Rinalia,

NPOC would like to invite you as one of 3 panelists for one of its events
in Toronto. Here is the event description:

*SESSION 2 REQUESTED FOR THE WEDNESDAY (90 minutes between 9-12:30 or
14:00-16:00)*

*Session Title:* *"The Multi-stakeholder Process from the NGO Perspective"*

*Overview:* The Multi-Stakeholder Process (MSP) has been used worldwide for
decades by many organizations, like ICANN, and various social and
economical development programs to foster consensus between diverging
interests in the public domain, the private sector and civil society. There
is a wide body of applied knowledge on the MSP which merits wider
dissemination and understanding. A panel of eminent specialists will share
some of this knowledge and foster a discussion on how the MSP can be
improved at ICANN.

*Agenda*: Presentation by experts followed by discussion

*Who should attend:* Anyone interested in the Multi-Stakeholder Process for
social and economical progress.

*Promotional Strategy: *This event will be promoted broadly through the
NPOC and Global Knowledge Partnership Foundation sites as well as their
members' websites.

*Connection details for the event: *Adobe Connect - details forthcoming

Rinalia, I hope you will accept this invitation. Please respond soonest
convenient; please copy Marie-laure Lemineur, as she is the NPOC Toronto
events' Planner and Coordinator. Marie-laure will advise on who the other
panelists are as confirmations come in.
