[npoc] Re: [EC-NCSG] pending membership applications

Dear colleagues,

Please see my decisions below.

This NCSG application form is surely confusing andactually  bringing NPOC
prospects into NCUC, which is of course not the purpose of  NPOC recruiting
efforts. This is simply ridiculous!...  and I don't care who makes the
mistake in filling up the form!!!!

For whatever it is worth, I approve* as NPOC members*: 1. National Council
for Voluntary Organisations (should be NPOC only not NCUC);
2. British Red Cross (it is wrongly listed as NCUC prospect but it is an
NPOC driven application - maybe NCUC would like us to request to US Red
Cross that they transfer to NCUC the US Red? (sarcastic comment just to be
sure with no intention to insult anyone);
3. INTIC4DEV - Institut des TIC pour le développement (is NPOC only not
NCUC) - my good friend Olivier and  9. REPAOC (NPOC only) - recruited by
Marie-laure Lemineur from NPOC.

I also approve 5. Bytes for All, Pakistan (NCUC member only)

I leave the approval of NCUC individuals to NCUC Execs.

Klaus, this will confirm to you that the form is confusing and not fair to
NPOC. Dare I request improvements or will I get a slap on the wrist and be
tagged as an eternal complainer?
