[npoc] NPOC side session in Baku - Civil Society and Internet Governance

Dear Colleagues,

The design and delivery of this side session will be under the
responsibility of Marie-laure Lemineur (from Costa Rica), NPOC's newly
appointed Program Committee Chair. In doing this, she will be assisted by
Poncelet Ilelj (from The Gambia), co-chair of the same committee, and by
Cintra Sooknanan from Trinidad & Tobago. The three of them will be in Baku.

Some of you have already met Marie-laure in San José, Nairobi or Toronto.
For those of you who do not know her or Poncelet or Cintra, the purpose of
this email is to introduce you to them.

You will recall that in Prague you agreed in principle to participate as a
panelist. I have had a chance to speak to some of you in Toronto. Now that
we enter the detailed design phase, you may or may not be able to
participate. Please work with Marie-laure, Poncelet and Cintra in making
this side session a success.
