Dear  NPOC EC members,

In light of the difficulties to obtain Canadian visas by many  ICANN 
participants at ICANN 45, which affected our member from The Gambia, for 
example,  I think it is important that ICANN staff has sent out this message to 
the community to start the  China visa process well ahead of time.

Attendees will need to provide the following information:

Name (First, Middle, Last) as displayed on Passport:
Passport Number:
Nationality:
Date of Birth:
Country of Residence:
Work Organization:
Contact Number:
Email:

When requesting a letter, attendee should use his/her professional email 
address, which represents the work organization he/she has indicated.

The letter will be issued only if all the information requested has been 
provided.
