[npoc] summary of possible activities

Dear Alain and all,

Please find attached a template I put together where I tried to summarize
all the ideas and proposals of topics for upcoming workshops/conferences
that many of us have been making through several emails. Some information
is still incomplete and will be for a while as it will require more
thinking from us but it might be a good startpoint to support Alain for the
request for budget he has to send this coming Friday which is right now the
most urgent deadline.

Of course any ideas,suggestions for changes is more than welcome!
