Dear Klaus,

I am under the impression that I have shared with you in a timely fashion
in 2012 all NCSG-EC info that you needed as a Membership Committee Chair.
You can only look back at the volume of email exchanges between you and me
on the subject.

However, I understand fully and respect your position, although I am very
sorry and saddened to see you leaving the NPOC-EC.

 That is why I'm exceptionally doing the election list prep work normally
to be done by the Membership Committee Chair (I started today as you may
have noticed from your email). I will copy you and Glen for transparency
reasons, if that is OK with you.

I estimate it will take me about 20 hours over the next week to complete
the prep work so that Glen and GNSO Secretariat will have a proper and
independently veryfiable electoral list. So it is not a big problem and I
should be able to confirm the electoral list to Glen and you by next Friday
(Marie-laure pointed out that I had made a mistake by saying it would be
available yesterday. Correction: it will be available by Friday the 22th).
