Many thanks to those of you who have responded so quickly to the  
first call for a meeting.  I have put as a word attachment the  
document which came out as a "notepad" empty file.  I do think we are  
having some technical problems which will be resolved ASAP.

I will work through each of the suggestions -- some are  
administrative and easily fixed; others are slightly more  
complicated.  They will all be fixed, however, before we get to the  
Wellington meeting.

Do bear with us as we try to make sure everything runs as smoothly as  
possible.
