I appreciate that one small part of half of the world may think it's  
on holidays during August but most of us are, in effect, not.

I appreciate also your experience -- no doubt it's right -- but I am  
reluctant to push out the timetable again when there is concern that  
the group is not meeting often enough, getting through enough work or  
meeting anything like the expectations set out in the PDP guidelines.

Perhaps we could cancel holidays -- it's nearly the end of August  
anyway!
