In any event, I'm not sure if there's anything we could do about the
fact that August is a vacation period in some significant places, if
we are to meet the deadlines for Sao Paulo - and we must. I beleive
the required work for this PDP had been expected well before August,
and if there were any major concerns, the relevant people could have
taken the necessary steps to have them addressed while they are away
- or at least to draw the Tf attention on those.

As for the experts, what we need right now I beleive is to identify
them and have them listed (and it seems that is not done yet) without
engaging with them yet in substantial communications at this point in
time. It'll be up to them to tell us, when time comes, whether they
would/could make themselves available for us, and in what ways. I'm
also vaguely under the impression that there are some budget issues
involved - is this being addressed?

I have no problem with the work plan as it stands, and I may not have
problem with slight changes either. But I may not be able to attend
any teleconf. before next month, which of course does not mean you
can't have it.
