David:

As you cited below, Jerry Archer and Network Solutions have been very
upfront about our relationship. If you read the paper and review his
CV, you will see that the paper represents important information from a
well-regarded source that will assist the Task Force. By all means,
everyone should take into account the fact that he is a Netsol
consultant.

Thanks.

Best,

Jon

I understand that the experts to be consulted by this task force are
expected to be impartial and not representatives of a position of one or
more parties. The "expert report" submitted by Jon is identified in a
NSLLC press release: "The report, " DNS - A System in Crisis
<http://about-networksolutions.com/DNS-A_System_in_Crisis.pdf> ," was
commissioned by Network Solutions. " (
http://onlinepressroom.net/networksolutions/
<http://onlinepressroom.net/networksolutions/> )
Also, in the "About the Author" section at the end of the document, the
last sentence of the first paragraph says, "He is currently acting as
Security Advisor to Network Solutions, LLC and other Internet-related
firms."
