Please use this chart and the text which was provided in your information pack in your constituency meetings tomorrow to explain the work of the Task Force. I will be attending all of the constituency meetings tomorrow and will be available to answer any questions your colleagues may have.</DIV><DIV><BR class="khtml-block-placeholder"></DIV><DIV>It would be helpful if the constituencies could come back as soon as possible with "pending" positions moved to agreed constituency positions. The ICANN office is closed between Christmas and New Year and no work will take place during the holiday period. Lastly, I will be having a much needed annual leave break during which my family and I will be celebrating some very significant family events.
