Costituency comment.

The Business Constuency, in clarification of the question about use of
registry data, would like to record that it has consistently raised
concerns about the use of registry data being used for commercial
purposes other than those for which the data is collected such as the
identification of commercially valuable sites from null returns that
indicate potential value as typosquatting sites.

This topic is one that the TF recommendation for a study should address.
