ALAC Statement on PEDNR Initial Report

Dear Marika,

The At-Large staff has the honour to transmit to you the Statement on 
Post-Expiration Domain Name Recovery (PEDNR) Initial Report on behalf of the 
At-Large Advisory Committee.

This statement was discussed by the At-Large Advisory Committee during its 
teleconference on July 27th, 2010 and endorsed with a 8-0-0 vote. (see 
<https://st.icann.org/alac/index.cgi?adopted_motions_27_july_2010_en>)

On July 29th, 2010, the At-Large Staff sent the Statement to the public 
consultation process  on Post-Expiration Domain Name Recovery (PEDNR) Initial 
Report on behalf of the At-Large Advisory Committee. (see public consultation 
under: <http://www.icann.org/en/public-comment/#pednr-initial-report> )

The ALAC welcomes any comments the PEDNR PDP Working Group may wish to make by 
reply.
