the drop recovery policy is unfair. most domains should be registered for a
normal fee anyone can afford just like domains, it should be right - expired
names should be registered to people on a random basis, where you just
choose applicants on a gamble type system so anyoune who applies will have a
computer choose someone solely based on chance and dropped names can go to
anyone. not only hoarders.
