One additional point.  I believe that registrars are required to include
your existing whois information in the email they send reminding you to
verify your whois information.  Instead, most registrars simply include a
link to the whois information.  If registrars are required to include the
information in the actual email, then this should be enforced.  It's much
easier for the registrant if the whois data is directly in the email.
