Performance of Icann regarding RegFly

I would just like to say that the icann's performance in dealing with the
registerfly.com issue has been much below par. There are so many of my
friends and others at work who have domains there and are not showing in
their accounts.

Why are they still live ? Can't you just transfer these domains to a
reliable registrar like godaddy or some other company.
