I regard the proposed revised agreement as outrageous.

It seems set to guarantee VeriSign unjustified monopoly profits for the 
foreseeable future granting them a fee per domain of $6 and rising whilst the 
real price if the registration agreement were to go out to competitive tender 
would be approx $2.50 and falling.

This revised agreement cannot be justified on any grounds of fairness, 
competitiveness or justice and for ICANN to be bullied or coerced into making 
such a deal simply brings shame on the whole organisation.
