Hello,
considering that ICANN staff was not duely prepared for the VGRS
settlement negotiation (see my other recent post on this forum) I am
afraid that ICANN can not promote a well-informed decision as mandated
in the ICANN bylaws.
I hope that ICANN staff is decent enough to include this post in the
staff summary of this forum.
